Pear & Rosemary mocktail

This healthy mocktail is not only delicious, it also has brain - boosting benefits. Studies show that Rosemary can increase cognitive function, memory quality and mood.

Ingredients:

3 pears

1 small lemon (with skin)

4-5 sprigs of rosemary

sparkling water

Instructions:

Wash produce well. Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer, juice and enjoy.
