Pear & Rosemary Mocktail

This healthy mocktail is not only delicious, it also has brain - boosting benefits. Studies show that Rosemary can increase cognitive function, memory quality and mood.

Ingredients:

  • 3 pears

  • 1 small lemon (with skin)

  • 4-5 sprigs of rosemary

  • Sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Wash produce well.

  2. Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.

  3. Juice and enjoy.
