Anti-inflammatory shots

Recipe:

6 large oranges

1 lemon (zest on)

4 chunks of fresh turmeric

1 chunk of fresh ginger

Instructions:

  1. Wash thoroughly.

  2. Place produce through your juicer.

  3. Enjoy!

We recommend batch making these for the week in advance.

These shots will stay fresh for up to 72 hours in the fridge or you can freeze them and enjoy them later on!
