Extra Smooth Hummus

At Honey House, we love a dip!

Hummus, the creamy Middle Eastern dip, isn't just delicious; it's a nutritional powerhouse too! Packed with plant-based protein, fibre, and healthy fats, hummus is a fantastic addition to any meal. Its main ingredient, chickpeas, provides a boost of energy while keeping you feeling full and satisfied. Plus, it's incredibly versatile—spread it on sandwiches, use it as a dip for veggies, or dollop it on salads for an extra flavour kick.

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water when needed.

  3. Serve with extra virgin olive oil.

  4. Enjoy <3

Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas

60 - 90ml of filtered water

3 tbsp of Tahini

1 small clove of garlic

1 lemon juiced

1/2 lemon zested

1-3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, to garnish (optional)
