Chocolate Tofu Mousse

Indulge in this plant-based, protein-packed dessert that is both rich and nourishing. This mousse is gluten-free, dairy-free, and can be made sugar-free by omitting the sweetener. It pairs perfectly with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.

Ingredients:

  • 400g silken tofu

  • 300g 80-90% dark chocolate

  • 2 Tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
